School fees have hit a new scale in Hyderabad and Parents are a lot worried as the hike in admission fee is a real trouble for them. The hike in admission charges are a real pain for the parents who earn monthly wages.

What adds more misery to them is there is a huge difference of the state Government's regular hikes and the private school's hikes. Already, Hyderabad School Parents Association (HSPA) submitted a PIL in the court, appealing for a check on the hike in the admission fee.

But so far they have just got muted response in return. But this isn't the first time the parents' group  were forced to take such legal route. They are battling against this hike since 2009. All Private schools are clearly violating series of Government orders. There has been a bitter battle against Private schools each year. As per GO 91 issued in 2009, the admission fee is limited to Rs.5000.

But most of the schools charge fees from Rs.35000 to Rs.1.5 Lakhs. Subramaniam Neerukonda who is joint secretary of HSPA said, "There has been a huge hike for past seven years. Most parents move to other cities to provide an affordable education."
