The vaastu conscious CM of Telangana, KCR is all set for a brand new home since many of his administration feel that the current space at his Begumpet camp office is not enough anymore. Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will be soon having a palatial house.
This will be reportedly costing 30 Crore to the state exchequer. Sources say that in this regard, state government has already acquired 9 acres for this building. The residence of CM will be coming up in two acres while the rest would be for the quarters of his staff and security.
CM’s residence will be having a 250-1000 capacity conference room. It will also be coming up with a hall for cabinet meeting. There is already criticism that the Telangana CM is splurging money neglecting farmers in the state.
Separate facility will be made available for the Chief Minister wherein he would be meeting people whenever he wishes. A huge parking area that can accommodate 300 cars is also being planned. The DPR for this swanky new building is already prepared!
