As expected the downfall of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has started soon after the GHMC results are announced. The party got a huge blow as it received single digit seats. BJP Party leader Kishan Reddy confessed that the defeat is part and parcel of politics. Now the party loses another legislator.

K.P.Vivekanand who represented Quthbullapur assembly constituency in Greater Hyderabad, met Chief Minister and TRS president K.Chandrasekhar Rao and he joined TRS. Vivekanand said the only reason he joined TRS is, it is the only party with a perfect vision which can promise development in the state.

He never spoke anything against TDP or TDP's humiliating defeat in the recently concluded Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) elections. In the recently concluded elections TDP bagged one seat and it's ally, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) bagged four seats.

TDP received this jolt when it is tuning itself for the by-election in state assembly from Narayankhed constituency on February 13th. And Vivekanand is the 6th TDP legislator to walk out of the party.
