Telangana Chief Minister K.Chandrasekar Rao is a happy man right now. He is slowly making himself free from all responsibilities. KCR has been leaving all major responsibilities and it is obvious from his recent actions. He is slowly handing over all major departments to his ministers.
His Son K.T.Rama Rao alone has more responsibility. Recently he handed over the municipal administration department. Similarly he transferred Scheduled Castes Welfare Department and Cooperation Department to power minister Jagadish Reddy.
Inside sources reveal that KCR is also planning to transfer Information and Public Relations Department to irrigation minister T.Harish Rao. Harish Rao already does that job and now it's official that he will deal with all Media and Publicity related issues of Telangana Government.
A source close to KCR said, "He is facing harsh criticism of not doing regular duties of CM at Secretariat. So he has decided to hand over responsibilities to his trusted persons." A report says, KCR has not even visited Secretariat ten times since May'15.
