Suspended firebrand leader of YSRCP party, Roja is getting ready to shock Andhra Pradesh CM Chandra Babu Naidu. It is known that AP speaker suspended Roja for one year from the assembly following her objectionable comments.
Now she is getting ready to take the battle and fight it out in courts. She is planning to argue that she was suspended from the assembly without following due procedure like serving notice and or hearing her side of arguments and explanation.
She said she was suspended the moment speaker received complaint against her.She is planning to contest that had she committed any mistake she could have been suspended for one session and not for one year and that too after hearing her side of argument.
If courts agree to Roja's arguments then AP government and CM Chandra Babu will receive huge shock.
