"Love is in the Air". It is time for Valentine's Day and women have decided to mesmerize and surprise their partners in style. From Yacht trips ro candle light dinners with guitarists, there has been lots of surprises. Surprise planners in Chennai have said to us that most of them who approached them was women.

Saktivel Paneerselvam who runs a 'Planning company' said, "95% of my clients are men and 5% of them are married men. I have arranged lots of parties. But this year, we have got more number of orders from women. This Valentine's day is clearly dominated by women.

I have arranged 10 surprises in Chennai, 6 in Coimbatore and 4 in Bengaluru." Ruchi Chopra who is the founder of 'Any Surprise Any Place (ASAP)' said, "I got 45 orders from the country and most of them are women.

This shows that women are getting financially independent and this also has something to do with trend. Also most of the time, men are clueless about what to do next. Men usually stick to traditional things. While women cherish the experience."
