The design work for the AP capital Amaravathi is presently completed and the engineers are focusing for the construction work to start at the earliest. Sources have said that Ascendas – Singbridge and Sembcorp Development, the Singapore based constructors will make the bidding for the construction of the capital city.
The Singapore Second Minister for Trade and Industry S. Iswaran has said that many companies are very much interested to do the constructions. The AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has informed that the companies with maximum manpower will be given first priority to do the constructions.
The AP Government has to select the ideal partners for the construction work and the Government will select the builders based on the Swiss Challenge Method. As per the method the opponent builder can bid again with new plans and structures. The design work is completed and the TDP Government will rush up with calling tenders for the construction.

Same way Sembcorp development the Singapore based company is the leading Asian developer and turns empty land into urban development’s and presently organizing Krishnapatnam Power project in Nellore district of AP.
