The exodus of not just leaders but also cadre has happened in
Telangana TDP, a fact which its chief Chandrababu Naidu has to
acknowledge now. The grand regional party of Telangana, Telugu Desam
party is no more in the region!
Its last
strongholds were Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy and Khammam districts. In the
MLC polls, the party lost its few hopes in Mahabubnagar and Ranga Reddy
districts. In the recent GHMC elections, it only secured one division in
Hyderabad city.
Now in Khammam it has failed
to secure even in one division and scored zero. Congress, YSRCP and
Communists at least got few seats each while TRS has conquered its last
goal here and now it holds the reins for entire Telangana state.

chief KCR has vowed to wipe out TDP from Telangana and he has more or
less achieved his goal with a lot of ease. Babu and his team have lifted
their hands off in the region which was a bastion of the yellow party
till few years ago!
