Telugu Desam Party (TDP) President and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu seems to keep a dictatorship and he is having a point of view that no one should question him or his decision even if they are against the court.
Yesterday Single bench of High Court gave interim directions to Assembly Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao and asked him to permit YSR Congress Party MLA RK Roja into the house as the one year Suspension term was revoked.
However Naidu told all the members of the cabinet that High Court has no authority inside the Assembly and Roja was not permitted yesterday. Naidu also said that the court has just pointed out the procedural lapses in suspending Roja but it never questioned the authority of speaker.
This caused huge ripples yesterday. Now regarding this Ambati Rambabu said, "Naidu feels that court has no jurisdiction in Assembly affairs. Then why he moved to the same court again ? This is atrocious. If the assembly has taken a decision based on majority, then at any instant TDP has the majority inside assembly."
