Some persons who are not yet identified have looted cash from an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) from Adoni town which is located in Kurnool district on Thursday morning. Sources have said that the CCTV camera was not in working condition and the unidentified persons have looted the amount from the machine.
The Automated Teller Machine was loaded with cash of Rs.5,27 Lakhs and it is a well planned loot by some unidentified persons. He has known in advance about the non working of the surveillance camera and has made the loot. The ATM was belonged to the Indian Bank.
The Indian Bank was located on the busy street abutting the Government Arts and Science College. The bank employees have made a complaint in the nearest police station and have lodged a case was also registered on Thursday with the town police.
When the investigation was going on the public are shocked as the case was different. Usually the looter will loot cash from the money or loot from the people who takes the money from the ATM machine, but in this instance the ATM machine itself is looted, which has surprised many.
