The bifurcation blues continues to haunt 606 candidates, who has appeared for the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APSSC) group1 exam which was held in the year 2012, and despite the Supreme Court order, the commission has failed to re-conduct the exam so far.


AP which is separated into two states are conducting fresh examinations has only increased further. Out of 314 posts, mostly 140 are in Telangana. The Chairman of the APSSC Uday Baskar, has told that they are unable to re-conduct the exam because of constitutional issues as the Telangana Public Service Commission wants to conduct separate exam for the post.


But the candidates are blaming the APPSC for their miseries and have urged the commission to resolve the issue at the earliest. On Saturday a gang of 80 people have made a protest before the APSSC office at Nampally to voice their demand.


The students have filed a contempt of court and the judgment is still awaited. Baskar also added that he will decide the further course of action which is based on the apex court’s decision, which is planned to be scheduled on Monday. They have to wait till what the Supreme Court has to say regarding the issue.
