Subramanian Swamy has once again made some controversial remarks in Rajya Sabha and he was warned for 'Unnecessary Provoking'. Deputy chairman PJ Kurien also ordered media not to report the remarks.

Earlier Subramanian Swamy triggered huge protests from Congress over his attempts to drag Sonia Gandhi in the AgustaWestland helicopter row. Troubles popped up as Chaudhary Munavver Saleem (SP) spoke about the minority status of Aligarh Muslim University.

Swamy said that he never has any objection, but  the Constitution prohibits the state from financing them. As he got countered by opposition, he dragged name of another country and that reference caused agitation. Immediately Congress members continued to shout slogans against Swamy. Kurien immediately said,

"I will take action against you. Subramanian Swamy you are unnecessarily provoking. I will have to take action against you... you are provoking." However Congress members who were inside said that what swamy did was intentional and deliberate thing. As Congress members protested, Kurien asked them to return to their seats.
