It is known that Telangana Chief Minister KCR does not lose any chance to perform Yagams, his Andhra Pradesh counterpart Chandrababu Naidu is also going strictly by muhurtams and Vaasthu. Recently a minister of KCR cabinet had reportedly performed yagams.

He also carried out worship in a big way for the last four days that were apparently aimed at appeasing the Goddess Lakshmi, who is considered the goddess for money. The minister was praying for more scope to make money. He is none other than Talasani Srinivas Yadav.
Unfortunately, as he was seriously performing the yagams and worships, this Minister Talasani reportedly lost a key department which has ample scope for making money, as part of the minor reshuffle done by KCR.
The department has been taken up by KCR himself while his followers are upset over more ministries being given to his own son KTR. Talasani’s men say he was once a minister and has more experience than KTR and now this is the insult he is getting!
