Nearly three Lakhs candidates have appeared for the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test-2016 (APEAMCET-2016) on Friday, which was conducted smoothly throughout the State and the students have completed their test successfully.
The Prof V.S.S Kumar the APEAMCET Chairman and Vice-Chancellor of Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University at Kakinada has told that the APEAMCET 2016 was conducted smoothly without any discrepancies through the State.
The APEAMCET Convener Sai Baba has told that as many as 1,89,231 students had registered themselves for the exam in engineering stream and out of them 1,79,462 appeared at 24 places in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
The APEAMCET Chairperson and Vice Chancellor has told that in agriculture and medical streams, 1,03,222 students had registered, of which 98,750 wrote the exam. The students have completed their entrance test and the result date will be announced as early as possible.
