At Pocharam village on the Hyderabad city outskirts on Sunday a 50-year-old truck driver was murdered and hung to a tree on an agricultural field. The victim K Yadaiah from Pocharam village near Ibrahimpatnam has left his house at 5 pm on Saturday but did not return.
The worried family members have begun searching for him on Sunday morning and have found his body hanging from a tree next to a well in their agricultural field. They had searched him everywhere and have found him hanging from a tree and were stunned on seeing him.
Ibrahimpatnam the inspector P Jagadeeswar has told that the assailants had tied Yadaiah's hands and the legs with pieces of rope, slit his throat and has hanged him from the branch of a tree. The police have come to know that Yadaiah had an extramarital affair with a woman of his village and said the murder might have something to do with the relationship.
Based on the complaint which was lodged by Yadaiah's family members, a murder case was registered and the body was shifted for post-mortem examination. Much such type of murders is occurring in the city and the police are searching the culprits.
