Rahul Gandhi on Friday has said that only two people's writ runs in the country and those who stand against them are targeted with false allegations, when he was catapulting a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat.


When Rahul Gandhi was speaking at the party's 'Save Democracy' rally at New Delhi, the Congress vice-president has also hit out at the Modi government over imposition of President's rule in Uttarakhand saying it was dislodging elected governments.


He has also added that only two people's writ runs in the country and it is Mohan Bhagwatji and Narendra Modiji and those who stand against them, speak against them face false allegations and he has also told that everyday 50 farmers are committing suicide and  Modiji has nothing to say about it.


Rahul was accompanied by the Congress Chief Sonia Gandhi and former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh have also addressed the rally before the party leaders courted arrest at the Parliament Street police station when they were stopped from trying to march to Parliament.
