But sources say the situation of the MP seat looks very doubtful. This is purely due to internal politics.
According to reports, the congress camp has split into two major groups. One belongs to current MP Vundavalli Arun Kumar and the other belongs to Amalapuram MP Harsha Kumar. It is heard that there are constant scuffles happening between both groups and they are not leaving any chance to strike at each other.
The local political analysts say that due to all this friction the goodwill of Congress has come down. It is heard that many are looking to give a chance to the Telugu Desam candidate Murali Mohan who lost with narrow margin in the last election. The battle is going to be tight this time.
