Quoting Telangana Congress party circles, a pro-Jagan media site
has been touting that Telangana TDP Legislature Party’s leader A Revanth
Reddy is gearing up to join the Congress party soon. Currently, he is
the last man standing literally for TDP in the Telangana state.
Revanth
recently attended a dharna show organised by the Telangana Congress
party in Gadwal a couple of days where he offered his whole hearted
support to the Congress in fighting against the so called redesigning of
irrigation projects by TRS government. That has led to this
speculation.
At the same time there are even
reports of TRS chief and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao giving his
green signal for admitting Sattupalli MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah into
TRS with an assurance that he will get relieved from the note-for-vote
case!
TRS is reportedly in touch with senior
TDP leaders like L Ramana and Uma Madhava Reddy who are gearing up to
join the ruling party at an appropriate time. If this really happens as
being anticipated, it would mean TDP chapter in Telangana will be closed
for a long time.
