A Kakinada-based lawyer called Suravarapu Venkata Ravi has
reportedly filed a complaint with National Commission for Protection of
Child Rights. He has reportedly alleged that a Lok Sabha MP was
actually involved in taking nude photos of his children.

Ravi has reportedly accused Telugu Desam Party's (TDP) MP from
Kakinada, Thota Narasimham of indulging in such a "criminal act". He
even reportedly sent some mobile numbers of people who were allegedly
involved in criminal conspiracy.
All the
children whose pictures were allegedly clicked are reportedly below 16
years of age. The State Commission for Protection of Child Rights has in
this regard written to the Andhra Pradesh Director-General of Police
(DGP) JV Ramudu to investigate the matter.
It
also instructed the Secretary Home Affairs to enquire into this matter
and initiate further action. The commission has reportedly sought a
report by June second week. These allegations attracts the Protection of
Children from Sexual Offences Act (POSCO) Act.
