Is the stage set for a defection of a high profile Lady MLA from Congress into the TRS party. Well the answer may be yes, if certain reports are to be believed. The MLA in dock here is Gadwal leader DK Aruna. She is one of the most powerful persons in that region.

There have been rumors of late that she will also be defecting towards TRS as her business interests are being affected very much by TRS government. In this regard, she may have arrived at a compromise, say sources. This does not come as a surprise given the exodus happening.

Although she has been denying this very emphatically, there is no ground to believe anyone in Telangana these days as the very next day they deny, they will be in TRS. There seems to be a small pause here and some inside reports are coming out which is interesting.

It is heard that Aruna wants to take a formal plunge into the TRS party after the new districts are finalized. Hence, she is waiting as collectors of the state have given proposals for 25 districts and KCR reportedly wants to add Gadwal for her sake! That's what politics has become now.
