Everyone knows that wearing helmets prevent loss of lives during fatal accidents. However many in our country break those rules with lethargic care free attitude. Some come with lame excuses like usage of helmet results in baldness while females complain that their looks will get spoiled.
Some question when politicians break rules why can't they. Even cops take bribes and let off those who break rules easily.However rules are tough in other countries. Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen received shock of his life when police fined him for not wearing helmet during a motor bike ride.
Hun Sen even apologised publicly for his mistake. Traffic police officer issued traffic ticket for breaking rules on June 18th in Koh Kong province for violating the traffic law . He was fined 15,000 riel ($3.75). Officer bluntly told him to go and pay the fine in Phnom Penh.
Hun Sen on his facebook page informed that he would pay the fine soon. Hun Sen surprised all by visiting a motor taxi driver on road side and drovev his motorbike with the bike owner for fun for abour 250 mts without helmet when he traveled to Koh Kong on June 18.
