Delhi Police were forced to arrest Delhi Police arrests AAP MLA Dinesh Mohaniya as he never responded to any of the notices served to him based on a complaint filed by a group of women who claim they were harassed by him.
RP Upadhyay who is the Joint Commissioner of Police (South East) said, "We had served a notice to Dinesh Mohaniya based on a complaint that was filed by a group of women, who alleged that he had abused them when they approached him with a complaint on a water crisis in their locality and asked him to join the investigation.
Despite all that, he never responded." He further added, "This is what happens when you don't cooperate with the police. There are not too many options left with the police."
