Now many are wondering what is KCR's connection with Rio Olympics which starts from Aug 5. It is coming out that CM KCR is planning to host some of the Olympic events in Hyderabad as India is bidding to host 2028 Olympics.
He has decided to send a four member official team to Brazil for the Rio Olympics and the team will study and examine the infrastructure facilities required to hots the olympics.
KCR wants Hyderabad to be the front runner if India succeeds is getting the opportunity to host the olympics. At the same time AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu too is keen to host some of the events in Amaravathi. He already made the announcement way back while laying the foundation stone for the state capital.
