It is very clear that the Congress party in Telangana has been more or clueless over how it can tackle chief minister of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao over the controversial issue of redesigning of irrigation projects.
With the Mallanna Sagar project in his home turf of Medak becoming controversial, finally the Congress has found the right person who could bail it out. The ex Minister Marri Shashidhar Reddy, also the son of late chief minister Dr Marri Channa Reddy is the man in reckoning now.
Until now, the Congress leaders were only fighting for payment of higher compensation to the farmers who will be losing their homes and lands under Mallanna Sagar project. But Marri has now done the unthinkable waking up entire opposition.
He has reportedly created a power point presentation which clearly explains how water can be diverted through only canals for making Telangana a green hub and not by any of the projects. As it is, Shashidhar Reddy is known to be good at strategy and planning. This is payback time towards KCR!
