Many are wondering what for farmers in Andhra Pradesh are waiting for Power Star Pawan Kalyan chief of Jana Sena. Many farmers in Guntur region are waiting for Pawan Kalyan's intervantion to make AP government headed by Chandra Babu Naidu to stop the forcible land acquisition.

Non pooling farmers of Amaravathi capital region recall Pwan Kalyan's promise to protect their lands from getting acquired by CM Chandra Babu Naidu. Many farmers who are against parting their lands for capital construction suspect TDP government is acquiring lands not for capital construction but for real estate development.

Their point is that when the government had said that it would establish Amaravati on the banks of the Krishna river in Uddandarayuni-palem, Rayapudi and Lin-gayapalem, then there was no need for forcible land collection in other villages through the LA Act. The non-pooling farmers feel that fear is being created through the LA notification in Nelapadu.

G.Naresh Reddy, Rajadhani farmer leader recollect how Pawan kalyan's intervention stopped LAA implementation earlier. He also pointed out that with the CRDA having to collect 850 acres in Penumaka, 600 acres in Undavalli and a huge chunk of land in other villages under the LAA, there was danger of a collective revolution against the government by the non-pooling farmers if it embarked on land acquisition.

B.Venkata Reddy, non pooling farmer said he has been earning Rs lakh per annum from various crops and said 280 farmers, who had offered their farmland under LPS, later changed their decision by refusing the LPS package. He said CBN government went back on its promise that there won't be any forcible and acquisition.
