Till now private bill on AP special status in Rajya Sabha didnot come for discussion. However KVP.Ramachandra Rao who introduced the bill became centre of attraction in Parliament
Many are now branding KVP as Kabali of Congress party which got severe blow in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh after the bifurcation. Not only Congress but also all opposition parties are hailing KVP for the turn around.
Though many bills were linedup for discussion in Rajya Sabha and KVP bill didnot come for discussion, analysts felt that had the bill come for discussion, it would have passed unanimously.
