Hyderabad sources have stated that memoirs of Mujahideen', 'Bug News', 'Caliphate Cyber Army', 'Slave of Allah' and 'Radical Girl' and these are not titles of forthcoming Hollywood releases, but group names used by Islamic State (IS) sympathizers and their associates from Hyderabad on various apps and channels to keep in touch with each other.
Sources have said security related factors, uploading capacity and time-bound deletion of chat messages, were among the reasons why IS sympathizers have preferred these modes of communication as opposed to more popular services such as Wats’app.
It is stated that in less than a month after the IS module was busted in the city with the arrest of seven members, one of the alleged IS operatives, Muzafar Hussain Rizwan have reportedly confessed before a judge at the Secunderabad Criminal Court under section 164 of the CrPC recently.
Meanwhile Muzafar cannot retract his statement presently and in the Junood-ul-Khilafa-Fil-Hind module case too, two persons became approvers and the court accepted their request after they gave a statement under the section 164 of the CrPC.
