The TRS leader Harish Rao needs no special introduction at all. Like him or hate him, he is the man who has been unassailable for many years right from being a minister in YSR cabinet to Telangana agitation and now his role as irrigation minister in the state.

With his deft strategies and also his firebrand persona with smart arguments, no one from opposition could give a fitting reply to Harish Rao. His dynamism and daring is also talked a lot. But for the first time he seems to be on the defensive with Mallanna Sagar agitation.
The issue is clearly spiralling out of control and is snowballing into a major controversy with each day. The lathi charge on farmers and villagers on Sunday was the tipping point which led to bandh call. All this happening in KCR's district is another issue.
On Monday, the arrest of Kodandaram was the last nail in the coffin in this regard. During a press conference, media persons were able to see a very clear difference in the way Harish Rao was speaking. All is not well over this issue and it has become serious concern!
