Lashing out at rulers of United Andhra Pradesh, Telangana’s demigod KCR and others had said that they will make Hyderabad as Viswanagaram, i.e. Global city. The vision was applauded and at the same time it is a reality that it can’t happen very quickly.
However, there has to be some improvements in basic infrastructure for the city. TRS had attacked the late Y S Rajasekhar Reddy and Chandrababu Naidu saying what was the great development they had done when the city becomes a swimming pool after every rain.
It has been more than two years and recent rains resulted in water logging everywhere becoming a nightmare for people who travelled for more than three hours to reach their homes from offices. Water logging areas were already identified.
But as usual nothing was done to address the problem and even after 2 years, if basic things are not being addressed, TRS party which is ruling the state has now completely lost credibility with its failed assurances! It is about time the Municipal minister KTR does something about it seriously.
Nil Development in Hyderabad in 2 years?
