It is known news that there was an open rift between Telangana CM KCR and PM Narendra Modi before 2014 elections which included choicest abuses from the TRS chief. Later he has been trying to reconcile with Modi, but nothing is happening successfully.
TRS will be part of NDA
There was wide talk everywhere that TRS will be part of NDA anytime and both parties will be allies. It was also expected to fetch a Union Cabinet berth for KCR's daughter Kavitha. But BJP leadership has different plans for Telangana where it wants the party to become a strong and independent force.

Now again the TRS factor has come into picture. It is being observed that the TDP boss Chandrababu is not that keen on being part of NDA anymore. With this, sources say KCR may throw his hat into the ring when Modi arrives next week for his maiden official visit to Telangana.
At the same time, there are many who feel it is only political posturing of TDP and that BJP may not afford to lose a non troublesome ally like TDP keeping future in mind. If this happens then KCR's chances will get bleak. The coming weeks and days will make things more clear!
