Well this is the latest joke which is doing rounds in social media regarding how Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu may be saving a sum of 3 lakh rupees for the exchequer in AP. According to one official estimate, so far Chandrababu had visited Modi 20 times.
Every time he has been heading to Delhi with a wish list of the various demands that has to be fulfilled for the state which has been suffering heavily after bifurcation. But none of the trips fetched anything for the state. The recent statement from Arun Jaitley nailed it further.
Now sources say that when media asked Babu whether he would meet Modi for the same, he reportedly said he is not interested in meeting the PM. Babu added that his MP’s will meet the PM this week. This goes to show that he has taken a back step in this matter.
Hence, social media users posted saying by not meeting Modi, Babu has saved precious 3 lakhs in terms of travel, accommodation and Tirupathi laddu prasadam for the Prime Minister. Rather than Chandrababu, this is being perceived as an indirect satire on Modi!
