Now PM Modi enters Guinness Book of records much to the delight of his supporters. People cannot forget his luxury suit which PM Modi wore during US President Barak Obama's first state visit to India.
Opposition blasted Modi for wearing the expensive suit which was made with around cost of Rs 80,000 and Rs 5 lakh. Rahul Gandhi during that time branded Modi government as 'Suit Boot Sarkar'.
PM Modi however donated the suit and it was auctioned and much to the shock of all even there the craze for Modi was seen. Laljibhai Tulsibai Patel from Surat shelled a whopping Rs 4,31,31,311 to own the suit.
Now the monogrammed, pinstriped, 'bandhgala' suit entered Guinness Book of Records. The suit was stitched by Jade Blue, an Ahmedabad-based garments chain. US President Barack Obama was attracted towards the suit and he remarked that he too would like to wear "Modi Kurta".
