Telangana sources have stated that the unique and new industrial policy declared by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is bringing appreciations to Telangana as the policy received international recognition and the American government was the first one to appreciate Telangana for promoting industry sector in the state.
Meanwhile the State Industry and IT minister KT Rama Rao has said that America adopted the same initiatives taken by KCR government in the new industrial policy and for example, according permission to set up industry in two weeks time attracted more to many nations.
It is also stated that the US industry also appreciated KCR for introducing cost of doing business and quality of doing business in Telangana and so far, 2300 industries have got single window clearances and 50 percent them already started production.
KTR has told while participating in CII summit that after Gujarat, Telangana has occupied second position in ease of doing business in the country and the establishment of industrial health clinics, special fund for the revival of sick industries were among other initiatives will be taken at the earliest.
