Telangana sources have stated that after accepting the Prime Minister Narendra Modi government’s request, Telangana CM KCR has convened special assembly session on Tuesday to ratify GST bill.
It is stated that ahead of the session, KCR has convened cabinet meeting to discuss several issues to be included in the agenda, today evening and KCR wanted to clear all the files and get funds to speed up pending works.
Meanwhile the political circles have told that KCR has obeyed Modi government request instantly because many state related issues and release of funds are pending before union government.
Sources have stated that amid speculation that chief minister would make a statement on the agreement entered with Maharashtra on the construction of irrigation projects, officials has said that a debate on the particular issue would also be taken up, where all the issues would be finalized officially in the Business Advisory Committee (BAC) meeting on the first day of the session.
