Earlier on Sunday the Hyderabad police officials have told that a case was registered against a man for allegedly firing in the air during his marriage ceremony in Falaknuma area here at Hyderabad.
The assistant commissioner of police (Falaknuma division) Mohd Abdul Bari has said that the police have acted on the incident after some local TV channels aired a video showing the bridegroom firing two revolvers a few days back and they are verifying when the incident happened.
The police have registered an FIR under relevant sections of Arms Act in the connection with the incident and they are in the process of identifying the bridegroom, who has opened fire in the air and as early as possible will catch him.
The police source has also told that as per TV visuals, the bridegroom was holding two revolvers and has fired 10 rounds in the air, and once he is taken into custody, they will interrogate him and ascertain from whom he has got the weapons and further investigations are going fastly.
