Andhra sources have stated that the Supreme Court has presently instructed the investigating agencies to complete the probe into the alleged role of AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in the sensational cash for vote scam in four week.
Meanwhile based on the petition filed by YSR
Congress party MLA Ramakrishna Reddy, Court has instructed the ACB probing the
case to wind up investigation in a month and the YSR Congress leader has challenged
high court orders high court orders in the apex court and has also submitted
video and audio evidences.
As per report from sources, the High court recently
has stayed the ACB court direction to the investigating agency to take up probe
into cash for vote scam a fresh and submit report by September end, and Naidu's
name was figured in the cash for vote scam.
The incident has come to light when Telangana TDP leader A Revanth Reddy has allegedly offered bribe to nominated TRS MLA Stephenson during MLC elections, where Revanth has been arrested and was released on bail.
