Sources have stated that a section of ardent followers of Telangana Rashtra Samithi president and current chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao have bestowed the title of 'Father of Telangana' on him and the recent revelations of former Union Minister and senior Congress leader S Jaipal Reddy might prompt one to think.
Meanwhile Jaipal Reddy has said that the Telangana Bill would not have been passed on that destined day if he had not intervened, where both Speaker Meira Kumar and the then Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kamal Nath have expressed their unwillingness in passing the bill owing to the unending chaos in the House.
