It's very unfortunate to report this news to all APHeraldians, As we write this... Hyderabad shaken with disastrous bomb blasts.
This time it is Dilsukhnagar area, which has a largest fruit and vegetable market, filled with mass crowd became the target. The explosions took place at rush hour, the first at 7.01 pm and others in about five minutes later, near a cinema in Dilsukhnagar. While the reason for blasts is yet to be declared officially... according to sources 'Blasts originated from a Hero honda bike [AP29G 6294] parked closer to bus stop in the middle of Konark and Venkatadri theaters'.
As the area was jam-packed and surroundings are completely chaotic, it is very difficult to asses the casualties... According to initial reports around 15 people killed brutally and more than 90 personnel were injured, per gravity of the situation these numbers can go up further. Injured people are being shifted to local Osmania and Yashoda hospitals. Chief minister along with Home minister is on his way to the blast spot to monitor the situation personally.
As usual, UPA Chairperson, Central government and PM condemned the blasts. Central home ministry declared high alert across the country. State police forces started heavy combing across all sensitive areas of the city. When you see anything , anyone strange or suspicious... please dial 100 and help the police, You never know... after all we could be one of the poor victims at these blasts.
These people who are dead for no fault of them could be, a day wage labor who look after his entire family, To-be mother, aspiring professional, Senior citizen, home going student, House wife... who would answer to their families? and who would look after their loved ones? Can any compensation on earth substitute their death?
