Congress party cheating Telangana again as it is not confident of a electoral win in both Telagnana and Andhra Pradesh and hence dilly dallying over Telangana statehood issue.
Instead of announcing a final solution on Telangana after three years of dialogues and agitations the Congress core committee has deliberately thrown open confusion in party ranks by making ground for another round of talks with all political parties .
First option is a special package of Rs.20,000 -25,000 crore for development of Telangana districts along with two or three backward districts of North coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema. Package may go up to Rs.20,000 to Rs.25,000 as in case of Gorkhaland and Gondwanaland .
Second option is formation of Rayala-Telangana comprising of 10 Telangana and two Rayalaseema districts - Kurnool and Anantapur .This proposal was mooted by but opposed by the TRS and BJP as it doe snot suit their political designs .
Congress hopes to win over MIM with Rayala Telangana option and hence likely to pursue that route as Minority vote bank is crucial in AP with the challenge of TRS and Jagan factors .
