Appears like the CBI was speeding up the investigation after change of guard from Lakshminarayana to Arunachalam as Joint Director of Hyderabad unit of CBI.
Within days of his take over the CBI investigation in the Jagan illegal assets case is said to be half way through CBI today informed the special court that it had completed investigations in the first three charge sheets on Auribindo, hetero and Ramky besides Kannan,Dandamudi and Ramachandran issues .
However it is yet to take up issues of Dalmia, India cements, Indu projects and Lepakshi knowledge park cases connected with the disproportionate assets case of Kadapa MP Jagan and file a charge sheet .
The CBI has offered the CBI court to complete the investigations and file all charge sheets before September and facilitate the bail application of Jagan .Jagan has been in Chanchalaguda jail since May 27 of last year . But there is no guarantee that Congress bosses will release Jagan from Chanchalaguda jail without a deal from him
