1.  Terror alert: CISF wants to bring sensitive airports under its security cover :  The Central Industrial Security Force(CISF) has asked for the implementation of the counter-terrorism contingency plan (CTCP) at the earliest at sensitive airports across the country in view of intelligence agencies warning of possible attempts to carry out terror strikes or hijackings by the Islamic State jihadi group, al-Qaida or Pakistan-based militant outfits like Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammad.
2.  'Cold' for BSF, 'hot' for Army, 'rain' for Air Force: Pakistani spy reveals code words for passing information :  Suspected Pakistan spy Haji Khan, who was arrested earlier this month by the security agencies, had been using name of weathers as code word for passing on information to ISI and other agencies about the movements of the BSF, Army and the Air Force, his interrogators have said.
3.  Regulator: Search for, seize stashed stents :  In a warning to companies trying to create an artificial shortage of stents in the market following a price cap on the medical devices, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) has asked state drug controllers to use their search and seizure powers -provided under Drug Price Control Order (DPCO) 2013 -to ensure there is no shortage in the market.

8.  Suspicious deposits: Those who don't respond to SMS, email may get letter from I-T department :  The I-T department is "verifying" over Rs 4.5 lakh crore of suspicious deposits made by 18 lakh people post note ban and will send 'non-statutory' letters to those who have not responded to its SMS and e-mail queries seeking explanation.
