Former MP, senior Congress leader Ponnam Prabhakar escaped miraculously from a major accident. The accident happened when Ponnam Prabhakar along with five others are on their way to Karimnagar after completing darshan at Vemulavada Raja Rajeswari temple.
The car in which Ponnam Prabhakar was travelling met with a accident at Sankepalli village of Vemulavada mandal. The car rolled over repeatedly and all the five suffered injuries.
Villagers shifted them to nearby hospital. Doctors after treating them in emergency ward later stated that no one suffered serious injuries.
Supporters of Ponnam Prabhakar and his family members heaved sigh of relief. All leaders started enquiring about his well being.
