Leader of the opposition, YSRCP chief Jagan Mohan Reddy seems to be slowly but steadily realising the importance of Amaravati, new capital of Andhra Pradesh. It is known that when Chandra Babu announced Amaravati as the new capital of Andhra Pradesh, Jagan opposed it saying Chandra Babu announced the name only to make huge profits in real estate around the region along with his family.

His stand angered many in Amaravati. What surprised all is even when entire government machinery shifted to Amaravati and started operating from the new capital and Chandra Babu too overseeing the regular activities, Jagan still remained in Hyderabad.

Ruling TDP always attacked Jagan for being the outsider. Now it is comingout that Jagan decided to shift to Amaravati soon. During his recent visit to the capital, he said he will be purchasing a house there and reside in the new capital.

It is known that Jagan is branded as visiting leader by the TDP. AP government is all set to inaugurate the newly-constructed temporary building of the AP Assembly temporary at Velagapudi at the auspicious time of 11.25 am on March 2 and Jagan is planning to shift to Amaravati by March 3rd. He is scouting for house in and around Undavalli, Penumaka or adjacent to Vijayawada-Chennai National Highway.
