After the construction of Pragathi Bhavan which drew attention nationally, CM KCR has decided to construct the camp offices for the state law makers. He personally took interest and kept monitoring the daily works of the camp offices being constructed. The motive behind this move is that the particular MLA has to be in touch with the respective constituency people. The estimated cost of these camp offices would be at Rs. 1crore. The work started off a couple of months ago and is going through various stages.


The first MLA camp office to be completed was that of Parakala constituency of Warangal Rural district. This office would be officially opened by the Minsters Thummala Nageshwar Rao  Thalasani and Chandulal on March 2nd. This camp office was constructed in 2800 squareyards. It is a 2 storeyed building that has MLA’s house and camp office. The construction work started off in August last year and it took 6 months of time to complete. This costed about Rs.68.92 lakhs.


The first floor has a meeting hall, MLA office, VIP lounge, waiting room for guests, separate rooms for PA and PS, reception and rooms for security. The second floor consists of Master bed room, children bed room,dining room,Dining cum Living room, sports and toilets. All modern facilities are available in this newly constructed camp offices for MLA’s.

Mr. Rao who recently faced allegations after offering costly jewelry and gold to Lord Balaji in Tirumala , the oppositions are ready to take on the CM for spending so much of people’s money for the camp offices even though the opposition MLA’s are being benefited from these houses.
