Sometime back a minister from AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu's cabinet said that no one can dare to oppose him. However in a shocker it sis coming out that a Minister showed stars to a realtor. It is known that generally people use their influence and names of top politicians to get their work done.
In order to get work done a popular distributor and realtor planned for a extravagant venture in Visakhapatnam. There are lot of agricultural lands near Sonthyam in Anandapuram mandal, Visakhapatnam.
He contacted Revenue officials to get permission for the Nala and change the lands into business related properties. Though despite all documents submitted to the Minister they didnot the required permissions.
With no information coming out for the delay, realtor met the top official in Revenue department and promised to submit any more documents if required. Officer shocked them saying how can they start such huge venture without meeting the Minister.
The realtor met the Minister but he got shock by the conditons set by the Minister's close aides. He promised to give 1cr instead of four crores. Minister didnot comedown on his terms and to sort out the situation they informed that they are close to Hindupur MLA Balakrishna.
Realising that the realtor is trying to influence through Balakrishna, he warned him saying ' Even if Balakrishna or someone else influence, file will not move unless his share is presented to him." Helpless realtor finally sorted out the issue amicably by paying him Rs 3crs and got the work done.
