AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu promised people of Andhra Pradesh to present them world class capital at Amaravati after the bifurcation of the state into Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Right after he became CM of the state, he contacted reputed architects from the world and finally the designing of the capital city has been bestowed on Foster and Partners (F&P) owned by world renowned architect Norman Foster.
According to the latest, it is coming out that the executives of the firm met Chandra Babu Naidu and handed him he conceptual designs of the capital city structures. The meeting lasted for three hours where the executives explained CM Chandra Babu about the distinct features of the designs with every minute details.
Inside talk is the structures in the new capital Amaravathi will create sensation resembling the best from Astana (Kazakhstan), Putrajaya (Malaysia), Brasilia (Brazil), Washington DC (US), London (UK) and New Delhi (India) and also reflects the rich values and traditions of the surroundings near the capital city.
The designs would be submitted to the cabinet and after taking the feedback from the ministers, feedback would be sought from the public. Chandra Babu said “Amaravati is not going to be developed as a mere city. It should be distinct in all aspects and global class in many fields,“
