Telangana CM KCR is known to be proactive and plan his strategies in an aggressive manner even before his opponents could think of. It is comingout that KCR is already planning his strategies analyising the strengths of all parties before having any tie up for the upcoming 2019 elections.

In the meantime inside talk is KCR is waiting for the outcome of Uttar Pradesh assembly elections and based on the results, he will plan his and his party's future course of action. KCR sometime back rallied behind PM Modi on demonetisation but later was angry with PM Modi for ignoring Telangana government's requests in the Union Budget.

It is known that this is the reason why TRS MPS boycotted parliament for not allotting AIIMS to Telangana. Analysts feel TRS is confused whether to go with MIM or BJP or fight on its own in the 2019 elections.

KCR according to party sources scheduled budget presentation on March 13 so that he can make any changes depending on the election results in Uttar Pradesh. TRS leaders share “KCR feels that 2019 elections will be different. People will judge the TRS based on its performance in running the government for five years. It has to face anti-incumbency. It needs to ally with some party to minimise anti-incumbency and win the elections and to check split in positive vote for TRS government,”

TRS leaders added “The government hardly has one more year to work unbridled. The last year of its rule will be the election year, where time will be devoted mostly to political issues than administrative. Fulfilling major poll promises within the left over span is a difficult task. We have to look for suitable allies to mitigate the negative impact of not fulfilling the major poll promises,”
