Teacher MLC Elections in two Telugu states are underway. The polling began at 8 Am today. A total of 12 candidates are contesting in these polls for Rangareddy-Hyderabad- Mahabubnagar. A blunder mistake was committed by the election officias. The ballot paper witnessed the photos of the contesting candidates being exchanged.
Independent candidates Papannagari Manik Reddy found the mistake in the ballot paper immediately after the polling began at 8am and complained to the State Election Commission officials. Another independent candidate Aadhi Laxmaiah's photo was printed in the place of Manik Reddy's column.
However, the EC officials did not stop the polling process. The state Chief Election officer Bhanwarlal said that investigation would be done into the matter and that the issue would be sent to the Election commission at New Delhi and a final decision will be taken by it after due investigation.
