Sources have stated that to claim to form government in Goa CLP members will meet on Tuesday, Governor Sinha and shows them that they have the required numbers.
Goa Congress in charge Digvijay Singh has said that the governor had hoped they would be met soon. But he got at half time. Congress MLAs met the Governor, being the largest party in the state will claim to form the government.

Legislature Party leader Chandrakant Kevlkat had told that “Congress
Legislature Party meeting this morning and then we will meet the Governor to
stake claim to form government. He had also said “We have the numbers and our
party has emerged as the single largest party and the government should have
called us to make”.
Governor of Goa BJP alliance has already been invited to form the government and will be Tuesday evening ceremony. Meanwhile Congress on Saturday night and the application by the Governor, the government had urged them to make them even to be called. CLP and said they have a sufficient number of legislators in the House are in a position to prove.
