The latest visit of Digvijay Singh to Andhra Pradesh has revved up a lot of discussions and debates. While the Telangana issue seems to be coming to a climax, few statements from him indicated that the Congress party is willing to extend its hand of friendship towards Y S Jagan, the founder of YSR Congress Party.

 

While Digvijay gave positive statements about YSR, the discussion raised by many is, if Congress were to offer a truce and deal for Jagan, will he accept it? Many are saying maybe he will. Few months ago scene was different because there was a lot of wave for YSRCP and Jagan. But after he landed in jail things faded.


 

Today Jagan and his party members have no idea when he will come out and that is only in the hands of the Congress party. But those who know Jagan say he is a very adamant person and he will not budge to these offers. Realistically it may not be a wise option but we have to see what this young leader will do.
